Plastic Crusher Sourcing

Plastic Crusher Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We collect a plastic crusher brief, circulate it to factories, and return comparable wholesale quotations. We do not own a recycling hall, hold inventory, or act as a brand-appointed reseller. Certificates, drive kW figures and screen tables on a manufacturer page remain that manufacturer’s published data; they are not this service’s credentials. Buyer samples and plant interfaces remain yours to supply.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer owns feedstock description, target granulate, quantity, destination and acceptance samples. Named plastic crusher manufacturers own feasibility, rotor millimetres, screen selection and what their quotation includes. This site owns brief alignment and quote comparison, not engineering sign-off or factory audits.
  1. Buyer responsibilities: Equipment scope

Equipment scope is a dedicated plastic crusher. The buyer decides whether the duty is thick-walled hard plastic, hollow containers or mixed waste, because those feeds change hopper geometry and knife load. GSH-style tables that list rotor diameter, drive kW and screen size illustrate field names and units; they do not approve your largest part. Shredders, wash lines and pelletizers stay outside this service unless added as a distinct RFQ. Representative pieces, wall thicknesses and contamination notes are buyer inputs, not catalog defaults.

  2. Price exclusions

Machine price is one cost band. Freight, installation, utilities, tooling, FAT witness, SAT, training and spare knives often sit elsewhere. Plastic Crusher Sourcing does not publish a percentage saving. Comparing replies means lining up those exclusions, not averaging brochure prices. Extraction, magnets and PLC interface work are called out when a factory omits them. Compressed air and cooling water appear only when the quoted machine actually uses them.

  3. Response basis

A usable reply restates rotor millimetres, screen aperture, knife arrangement, metal-control method, three-phase supply, connected load kW, footprint, and how operators reach knives under the manufacturer’s procedure. If a factory cannot demonstrate hopper fit for the largest piece, that is a documented gap. Throughput claims without a named feed and test condition are not treated as validated output. Duty cycle and changeover labour remain buyer-confirmed facts.

Remaining input from the buyer: quantity, US destination, delivery window, optional budget (currency, per-unit or whole-order), and supplier preference. No founding year, headcount or audited factory tour is claimed for this website. Continue with the RFQ Checklist or inquiry form.
